The Home 500 and Home 1000 services are supplied with a free 4 port modem/router and one microfilter. Additional microfilters are necessary for each analogue device (telephone handset, fax machine, etc.) attached to the line which is broadband enabled. Additional microfilters are available at a price of £5 each. The Office 500, Office 1000 and Office 2000 services are supplied without microfilters.
